After a long time finally, the government has decided to lift a ban on exports of onions. We all know the price of onion was 110 to 150 rs per kg and the price of onions has come down to Rs.30-40 per kg in all the retail markets. According to market experts, the prices may further come down. The government has decided to lift the ban on exports of onions because of bumper crops. The liting of the ban will help farmers to get good prices. According to experts, the march harvest is over 40% more than last year at 40 lakh tonnes.
